Before your party

Wear sports clothing and socks, tie long hair back and avoid jeans, jewellery or fittings that could catch on equipment. Unsuitable clothing prevents participation.

Tell the club about medical or support needs before booking. The existing party information requires British Gymnastics medical screening for participants with Down’s syndrome; contact the team well ahead of the party to arrange this.
