FAQ
Please take a look at our Frequently Asked Questions. If you have any other queries please do not hesitate to contact us.
Please email us or give us a call and we would be happy to discuss our classes with you and check for availability in your chosen lesson type.
If emailing, to enable us to give you the correct information we will need to know the age of your child, which lesson type you would like to book and the day/days which would be most convenient.
We are unable to offer taster sessions.
At the time of booking you will be asked to pay for the remaining sessions in the month plus the annual Club Membership.
However, if after the first session your child does not wish to continue please let us know within 24 hours and we will refund your money less that one lesson attended.
If there is insufficient time to process the standing order for the next month’s fees you will also be asked to pay this at the time of booking.
As we are a members only club all participants in pay monthly sessions are required to be members.
The membership runs annually from 1st September to 31st August.
It is renewable on 1st September each year and not on the anniversary date of joining the Club.
At the time of booking payment can be made over the phone by credit or debit card.
All future payments will be made by standing order on the 1st of each month. You will be required to complete a standing order mandate which we will submit to your bank on your behalf for processing.
If payment is not received on the 1st of the month our booking system will automatically release your child’s place to the next person on the waiting list.
Parents are welcome to watch their children from the Cafe/viewing area upstairs.
No parents are allowed on the gym floor or walk ways during the lessons unless you are attending one of our parent assisted classes.
In this case you will be able to stay on the gym floor with your child.

We do close for Bank Holidays and Christmas.
