Climbing, stepping, rolling and jumping help children learn how their bodies move.
Early Years at Quayside
Bouncing, spinning, rolling and jumping come naturally to children. Our Early Years sessions give them a safe, welcoming space to explore those movements with support from our friendly coaching team.
Children can discover floor-level trampolines, soft play apparatus, junior gymnastics equipment, songs, warm-ups, circuits and themed activities, all at a pace that suits their age and confidence.
Whether your little one is not yet walking, ready to explore with you, or becoming more independent, there is a Quayside session to help them grow.
Luxon says: every jump, roll and wobble is part of the adventure.

These sessions may look like play, but there is a lot happening under the surface. Tiny muscles, brave choices and new friendships are all quietly doing star jumps in the background.
Climbing, stepping, rolling and jumping help children learn how their bodies move.
Gentle movement helps build core strength, coordination and control.
Each new skill gives children a little spark of “I did it!” energy.
Children practise sharing space, listening, taking turns and making friends.
