Trampolining at Quayside

Bounce higher
with confidence

Trampolining is all about energy, control, bravery and fun. From first safe bounces to building routines, our coaches help every child learn how to fly safely and land proudly.

Learn to bounce with control

Trampolining is exciting, but great trampolining is not just about going high. It is about learning control, safe landings, strong shapes, focus and confidence.

Our coaches help children build skills step by step, starting with the foundations and developing towards more confident, controlled movement.

Lessons are available for children from 4 years upwards, with age-banded sessions during the week and all-age sessions available on Friday and Saturday.

Coach Luxon the Lion

Coach Luxon’s bounce guide

Coach Luxon says the best bouncing starts with control, confidence and listening carefully.

  • Start with safe landings
  • Learn shapes and control
  • Build routines step by step
  • Celebrate every brave bounce

Why choose trampolining?

Trampolining looks like pure joy, and it is, but underneath the bounce it is building strength, coordination, courage and focus.

πŸŒ€

Body control

Children learn how to manage height, timing, shapes, landings and movement in the air.

πŸ’ͺ

Strength

Every bounce helps build core strength, leg power, posture and coordination.

🌟

Confidence

Learning new skills gives children the wonderful feeling of β€œI was brave and I did it.”

🎯

Focus

Trampolining encourages listening, patience, safe practice and careful progress.

What children learn

Every skill starts with the foundations. Our trampoline sessions help children understand how to move safely, confidently and with control.

🦢

Safe landings

Learning how to land well is the beginning of every good trampoline skill.

πŸ”·

Shapes

Tuck, pike, straddle and straight shapes help gymnasts build clean, controlled movement.

πŸ”

Linking skills

Children learn how to connect movements together with rhythm, timing and confidence.

πŸ“‹

Routines

As confidence grows, gymnasts can begin building sequences and routines step by step.

πŸ‘€

Awareness

Trampolining builds spatial awareness, concentration and understanding of body position.

🧠

Listening

Clear coaching helps children understand instructions and practise safely.

πŸš€

Progression

Skills are developed gradually so gymnasts can grow without feeling rushed.

πŸ‘

Achievement

Every new bounce, shape and landing is a moment worth celebrating.
