More Ways to Move at Quayside

Drop in, play, learn
and belong

From relaxed open play to home education sessions and family fun, there are lots of ways to enjoy the gym beyond our regular classes.

Not every adventure needs a regular class

Sometimes you just want to come along, explore the gym, burn off energy, build confidence or enjoy moving together as a family.

Our extra sessions give families more flexible ways to use Quayside, from parent-supported play sessions to home education PE and quieter SEND sessions.

Whether you are visiting with a toddler, bringing the whole family on a Sunday, or looking for a weekday movement session, this is your little map of the extras.
