Children are called by an elf when it is time to visit Santa and share their Christmas wishes.
Santa usually has a festive gift ready for each child as part of the experience.
Look out for festive backdrops, a Santa sleigh and plenty of memory-making moments.
Children can enjoy time on the trampolines, gym equipment, foam pit, climbing wall and ninja area.

When you arrive, your child will receive an allocated time slot for their special visit with Santa.
Before or after the Grotto visit, children can enjoy the Quayside equipment and festive activities.
Around five minutes before their visit, an elf will call children to the North Pole Waiting Area.
Children enter the Grotto to chat with Santa, take a photo and receive their special gift.
Santa’s Grotto is a group Grotto experience and spaces are usually limited. Booking early is recommended once tickets are released.
